2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


3. Prepaid Orders

If you have already paid for your order using an available prepaid payment method (such as Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) and your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your refund will be processed using an appropriate refund method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.


5. Cancellation by Elvera

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • The ordered product is out of stock.
  • Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed.
  • Payment cannot be verified (where applicable).
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information is provided.
  • The order is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
  • Delivery is not possible due to operational or logistical reasons.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, any eligible payment received will be refunded.
