We currently ship within Pakistan only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after they have been confirmed.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, holidays, or other peak periods, order processing may take longer than usual.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Any promotional offers, including free shipping, will be clearly stated on the Website when available.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, where available.

6. Delivery Attempts

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
  • Payment must be made at the time of delivery.
  • Couriers may refuse to hand over the package until payment has been received.

11. Failed Deliveries and Refused Orders

If an order is refused without a valid reason or repeatedly remains undeliverable, Elvera reserves the right to:

  • Cancel future Cash on Delivery orders from the customer.
