1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is incomplete or missing parts.
- The product was delivered in a condition that does not match your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable) must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Used or worn products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the product and its packaging
We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
4. Exchange Policy
If your return request is approved, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
- An exchange for another product of equal value, where applicable.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund in accordance with this policy.
5. Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

- JazzCash
- Easypaisa
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
- A manufacturing defect
- An error on our part
Elvera will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.
8. Inspection of Returned Products
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product:
- Shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
- Is missing original packaging, accessories, or components.
- Does not meet the eligibility requirements of this policy.
9. Processing Time
After receiving your returned item, we aim to complete the inspection within 3–7 business days.
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed as soon as reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method or banking provider.
